Had a comfy and amazing room. I appreciated that there were good choice of facilities in the room such as: a mini bar, climate control and an individual safe. The location was marvellous, in the middle of jackson overlooking sea. The hotel staff was amicable and pleasant.

A amazing view to remember
Waking up to the fine view of the beach. The staff were friendly, especially Mr Mohamed at the front desk.
The hotel felt overcrowded with families, which detracted from the romantic atmosphere we were hoping for. The noise level during the day made it hard to relax.

From a fine club superior room with amazing views to an really good breakfast ambiance, the experience was good. I was particularly impressed by the attentive service from staff members who genuinely aim to. A few minor hiccups at breakfast, but overall, a luxurious escape I would highly recommend.

The decor was fine, with elegant touches and a spacious lobby. My room was a Beautiful Room Twin Beds, super clean, with air conditioning, a TV, a minibar, and a nice view. The beach and pools were amazing. Plus, the spa facilities were a real treat and the staff were cute.
